Stakeholder meeting with representatives of Kabelovna Kabex a.s.

On November 24, 2025, a stakeholder meeting with representatives of Kabelovna Kabex a.s., Czech Republic, was organised as part of the EnFiCab project and took place at the company’s headquarters in Holýšov. The meeting was attended by partners from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (UWB) and the Polymer Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (PISAS). During the visit, the main and secondary objectives of the project were presented to representatives of Kabelovna Kabex a.s., and technical aspects related to the selection of raw materials required for the final composition of the developed polymer composites were discussed. The meeting also included a detailed discussion of the advantages, disadvantages, and, above all, the application potential of the project outputs. The visit also included an excursion to the company’s production facilities, during which the participants were introduced to the practical production of cables.
